NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi). Void in U.S. territories and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of [Sponsor Name], its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at the time listed on the post feed and ends when all eligible spots are filled (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing at the end of sweepstake when all eligible spots are filled and will be notified on live feed and by contact via facebook, email or phone. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable or misdirected notifications.

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes associated with the prize. For prizes over $600, the winner will be required to complete a W-9 form and will receive a 1099-MISC form for tax reporting.

Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and/or hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstake's

Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
